WE’RE HIRING 🩵
Photographer + Creative Studio Assistant
Location: Moncton, New Brunswick
Company: Casey & Co. Photography Studio
Casey & Co. is growing and evolving, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team.
This isn’t your typical photography job.
We’re looking for someone creative, reliable and versatile who loves photography, understands the importance of an incredible client experience, and is also comfortable jumping behind a computer and helping with the day-to-day workings of a busy photography studio.
Photography will be a big part of the role, but we’re really looking for someone who can wear a few different hats.
ABOUT CASEY & CO.
Casey & Co. Photography Studio is a full-service photography studio based in Moncton, New Brunswick.
We photograph everything from weddings, families and portraits to branding, corporate events, real estate, daycares and commercial work.
At the heart of what we do is something pretty simple:
It’s not only about creating great photographs. It’s about how we make people feel.
We want our clients to walk away feeling comfortable, confident, taken care of and like they just spent time with friends.
That experience matters just as much as the images we create.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone with photography experience who can work alongside Karen as a second photographer while also taking on independent photography assignments as their experience and confidence grow.
Depending on your skills, this position may also include videography, photo editing, content creation and administrative/studio responsibilities.
You don’t necessarily need to be an expert in every area on day one.
We care about finding someone with the right foundation, personality, work ethic and willingness to learn.

EXPERIENCE
Previous professional photography experience is preferred.
Wedding, portrait, event, real estate or commercial photography experience would be especially valuable.
Formal photography education is welcome, but real-world experience, creativity, reliability and a strong portfolio matter more to us than a diploma.
Videography experience is a strong asset.
SCHEDULE
Photography isn’t always a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 job.
Our work can include weekdays, evenings and weekends depending on weddings, events, sessions and client needs.
Applicants should have some flexibility in their availability and be comfortable with a schedule that may change depending on the season.
THE PERSON MATTERS
Skills can be developed.
What is much harder to teach is reliability, initiative, kindness, attention to detail and the ability to make people feel comfortable.
We’re a small team, which means the person joining us matters.
We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, learn new things, take ownership of their responsibilities and become part of what we’re building at Casey & Co.
WANT TO JOIN US?
We’d love to hear from you.
Please send us:
- Your resume
- A photography portfolio or examples of your work
- Any videography or content creation examples you have
- A little bit about yourself
- Your photography and editing experience
- Why you think you’d be a great fit for Casey & Co.
Don’t check every single box? That’s okay.
If photography is your thing, you’re creative, dependable and excited to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.
We’re looking for the right person, not just the right resume. 🩵
